Trouble with Collection

For some reason, it is just too hard to collect from our clients these days. It has been going on for 3 months already and cash flow is severely affected.

We have two hospital clients having some problems with paying their suppliers. Unfortunately, that suppliers include us. A hospital in Laguna is already complaining that since July, their collection is too low that they can't release our cheques. Another in Lemery, Batangas is having the same problem. Both hospitals are awaiting the release of their loans.

One is enough, two is too much and how much more if you have five clients like this? Wow!

Everybody in the company is praying that some good news comes in this week. We're stepping up our collection drive to pay obligations to our financiers and our own suppliers. We hope our God almighty would help us on this.
